Meet The Team

We have 10 members of staff who have all worked together as a good team for many years. All our staff are trained in child care..

They under go Health & Safety checks on a regular basis and all staff have up to date First Aid Certificates. Staff regularly attend courses so that we keep up to date on the best way to look after and teach your child. Our staff are our best assets as they care and are passionate about giving the children the best start in learning.

Kelly Gower

Position: Proprietor

I have worked in Childcare and Early Years since 2006 and am qualified in NVQ Level 3 and working towards my NVQ level 5. I also hold a certificate in Paediatric First Aid Training, Designated Safeguarding Leader and SENCO. Over the years I have also attended a variety of training courses to further my knowledge and skills. I joined Little Treasures Kindergarten in June 2019 and have enjoyed working here every day. When I'm not at the Kindergarten I enjoy spending time with my three children. We enjoy going swimming, going for walks and to the zoo. I also enjoy going out, to the cinema and seeing my friends.

Charlotte Brown

Position: Proprietor

I’m Charlotte. I love working for Little Treasures and enjoy my time here a lot. I love spending time with my family and we love having days out.

Ellie Ansell

Position: SENCo

I have worked with children in Early Years since 1996 and I really enjoy my job. I am a fully qualified level three practitioner and a SENCo. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Sharon Pell

I have worked at Little Treasures Kindergarten since 2000. I have completed my NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and I am First Aid trained. I have attended Safeguarding courses as well as Channel and Prevent Duty courses. I have also attended various 'in house' training courses here at the Kindergarten or other local nurseries that we are involved in through the Collaboration Team, which we are a part of. I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog, eating out, going to the cinema and having a good time, as well as socialising with friends.

Verity

I have worked in child care for over 20 years. I have an NVQ Level 4 and NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services. Currently I am working on Level 3 for Forest School Leaders. Out of work I enjoy horse riding, walking with my dog and holiday's with my family.

Hayley Honeysett

I have worked at Little Treasures since February 2022. I previously worked in a child care setting and have done since 2003. I have a level 2 and 3 in child care and I continue my knowledge with short courses. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and having fun with friends.

Selina Haffenden

I have worked at Little Treasures since March 2023 and previous to this I have worked in different early years settings since 2010. I have a level 2 and 3 in childcare and enjoy doing short courses. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. I enjoy meeting friends and watching my oldest play football.

Kelly Pasfield

Lucy Jacobs

I’m Lucy, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Me and my family enjoy going to the zoo, beach and swimming. I came to Little Treasures Kindergarten for work experience back in 2012 and returned a few times to help.
